Polaris support

Polaris support always works according to the same principles:

USER > CICO > DICO > POLARIS TEAM

  1. Die Clubmitglieder wenden sich immer zuerst an den CICO (Club Internet Communication Officer) in ihrem Club. Wenn der Club keinen CICO hat, übernimmt der Sekretär/-in diese Aufgabe. 
  2. Die CICOs, die Distriktfunktionäre und die Webmaster der Foundation, Fellowships und anderen rotarischen Organisationen wenden sich an den DICO (District Internet Communication Officer) in ihrem Distrikt.
  3. Das Team Polaris ist der Ansprechpartner für die DICOs. Sie nutzen ausschliesslich das Ticket-System RedMine für ihre Anfragen.

As the Polaris FAQs section has grown considerably over the years, it is now presented according to the following principles:

  • Classification into 7 topics covering the major Polaris features.
  • The page dedicated to each topic gathers the most frequently asked questions and provides condensed answers, most of which contain a link to a detailed answer.
  • Optimized ergonomics: simplified backtracking, 1-click topic change, translation of all condensed questions/answers into all languages used in the Polaris community.
