Team Polaris

OUR SUPPORT ORGANISATION

If you have any questions about Polaris or if you would like to get support, please follow the procedure listed below:

  1. Club members always contact the CICO (Club Internet Communication Officer) in their club. If the club does not have a CICO, the secretary takes over this task.

  2. CICOs, District Officers and Webmasters of the Foundation, Fellowships and other rotarian organisations should contact the DICO (District Internet Communication Officer) in their district. The central email address polaris@rotary.at is available for this purpose. Incoming requests are distributed via a ticketing system.

  3. The Polaris Team is the contact partner for the DICOs. They use the ticketing system RedMine for their requests. 
Please follow this order of information and do not send emails directly to DICOs or Team Polaris, even if you know these people personally. They cannot be answered. The inquiries are processed exclusively via the existing systems.
