With the introduction of Polaris on 12.1.2021, all clubs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein have received an e-mail address. The format of the address is:
<club-name>@rotary.swiss
Emails to this address will be redirected to the secretary's private email address. The access data for this e-mail account was verifiably sent to the secretary at the time. In the event of a change of secretary, the outgoing secretary is obliged to hand over the access data to his/her successor and adjust the redirection.
The mail provider can be reached at https://hobo.sui-inter.net:8443/. The password can be reset there and the redirection can be changed.
If access is lost and intervention by the mail provider is necessary, costs may be incurred which will be charged to the club.
