The result list is empty at the beginning. You need to define what you are looking for and set restrictions. Use the 4 fields below to filter your search, then click on button to launch it.
Enter search term(s)
You must enter at least 3 characters (but it's advisable to enter more for finer filtering) in the first search field (red framed). It doesn't matter whether the characters are at the beginning, middle or end of the word. Likewise, upper-/lowercase, umlauts and accent marks are meaningless. If you enter multiple words separated by a space, the AND operator is applied.
Time period restriction
The drop-down menu in the second field (blue framed) makes it easy to restrict the resulting list by time and look for articles only in the given period. By default no restriction is applied.
Hint: If the result list is very long (>100), then reducing the time period is the most effective measure to reduce it.
Scope restriction
The drop-down menu in the third field (green framed) makes it easy to restrict the scope of the search. By default, only your home club is scanned.
If you chose all clubs in your country, the result list may be huge and not useful.
Note: Only articles which are visible to you will appear in the result list. What you can see depends on the visibility of the article and on your rights. If you have more access rights, you may see more articles.
Content type restriction
The drop-down menu in the fourth field (orange framed) makes it easy to restrict the search to a specific type of articles. By default all content types are scanned.
The search works also in the content of the files (i.e. inside the document), not only for their names. Only content of documents in the format PDF-A, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint is scanned.
Files in archived folders are excluded from the search and will not appear in the result list.
Note: The visibility of the folder may be a reason why you will not find the file.
