To keep pace with our steadily growing number of users and to build for the future under the best possible conditions, we are moving to a more powerful and higher-performing server.
🗓️ The schedule at a glance:
- 🚨Tuesday, 20 October: A red banner will appear on the website to alert all users of the upcoming interruption.
- 🚧 Wednesday, 28 October: From 8:00 a.m., Polaris will be completely unavailable for the entire duration of the migration.
- 🛠️ Thursday, 29 October: Day dedicated to the testing and checks needed to ensure the new infrastructure runs smoothly.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ADMINISTRATORS
Starting at 8:00 a.m. on October 28, and as long as the red banner remains displayed, no changes or event registrations will be possible in Polaris.
Please take your precautions in advance:
- Export in advance any information, data and lists you may need during the interruption.
- Bear in mind that scheduled email and newsletter sends will not go out on 28 and 29 October. They will be dispatched automatically at the end of that period.
