Annual meeting 2024

Thank you for your very active participation in this year's meeting! As announced, here are the notes taken during the session:

Following topics have been recorded:

• Idea: add the DG, DGE and DGN to RS Polaris (Other Contacts), to give them access to more information than is available to the public (“user statistics” in particular) => confirm interest to Marion for implementation.
• Polaris use and promotion: the two main current problems in D2202 are the low use of Polaris by many clubs AND the worrying number of clubs with fewer than 10 members => Find the ressources in D2202 to translate in Spanish the document Presentation Polaris 1.4 (see attached English version).
• Rotary organization => zones of the AGs : if the AG sectors do not correspond to club distribution zones, create a second distribution by AG sector => If needed, forward the lists of clubs according to the AG sectors to Marion for implementation.
• Polaris support: Antoine Martinelli is officially the contact for problems with member management => SEMDA problems, problems with RI.

The working language of the meeting will be English, with support in Spanish, if needed.
