Dinner with the DICOs and invited guests

Rotary tradition is to meet and eat together, to firm the friendship and live the positive moments together. Let us enjoy an evening and talk not only about Polaris.

Following topics have been recorded:

  • Idea: All videos (regardless of language) should be collected and made available centrally in one place (e.g. YouTube)
  • SEMDA 3.0: Overview for DICOs of all notifications of the clubs
  • Idea for the process of creating a new member: there should be preselected values (it is possible to change)
    Default settings: 
    - Local language
    - Private address
    - Private mobile address
    - Private email address
  • Sending E-Mails: field "Subject" -> "E-Mail Subject"
  • Dispatch: new button "Now" next to date. On click set the timestamp in the date field
  • Layout (email, newsletter): set the title in an extra row under the logo
  • Honorary Member: an other contact could not be a local honorary member
  • Event: Adding members -> text change: not "invite" -> "add ..." (21.11.2024: Done, comes with next update)
