FUNDAMENTALS
When the visited club does not capture presences with Polaris or fails to close its events to validate attendance, or if the club belongs to another country, the member provides a printed guest card.
It is up to the secretary, the member data Admin or the CICO of the club to which the member belongs to enter any compensation manually.

ENTERING COMPENSATION
Presence point for such a participation must be entered manually as compensation in the “Members > Active members > Presence tab” menu. This is also where attendance points can be awarded for volunteer work.
Finally, this page is where all a member's attendance points can be checked by the administrator, before entering compensation, to avoid creating a duplicate.
