Note on the term “statutory event”
The statutory events are the regular weekly meetings that the club has to organize (according to the statutes).
Registration is confirmation of possible participation or rejection of participation in a future event. It has nothing to do with attendance and presence and is also described in the "Weekly Report - Step-by-Step Instructions".
A presence is the confirmation of the participant's physical appearance at an event.
The attendance points and attendance rate are, on the one hand, the points accumulated on the active member's personal attendance points account and, on the other hand, the calculated ratio in % to the number of statutory meetings of the club in the given period.
Attendance points are awarded for participation in an event or for volunteer work. The attendance score is a decimal number, but normally only integer values are entered.
The individual presence is visible on the website in the “MY PRESENCE” menu.
Club administrators can view or export statistical information about attendance for events or for members over a specific time period.
District representatives have access to club attendance statistics. A regular report to the district is not required.
