Short description
R01.3.16 contains new features and some bug fixes.
New features:
- Support for Interact community has been added to Polaris. Members of interact clubs will be either:
- Guests from other Rotary clubs as responsible persons for that club and acting as admins
- Active members of the Interact community
- Other contacts of the Interact community.
When creating Active members or Other contacts of the Interact community the visibility of their personal data is restricted to the own club only by default. E.g. the flag "Visible only to members of my club" is set.
The members of the Interact community do not have the possibility to change their own data.
The administrators of the Interact community must administer all member data.
- Allow content search in the current unit
- Allow content search in the current unit for the public
- Adapted event participant list => the list is visible to everyone who meets one of the three following conditions:
- has a relationship to the unit hosting the event (Active, Prospect, Guest, Other contact)
OR - did register ("I do participate"; so even if you didn't show up, you can see the participants)
OR - did attend (so even if you didn't register but joined, you can see the participants).
- Improve Mail to the location contact sent after registration deadline.
Fixes done:
- Bad readability of the Newsletter header for Rotaract.
