Short description

R01.3.10, contains some new features and some small bug fixes.

• Limit the time for member termination and transfer to maximum 28 days in the past, to comply with RI rules.
• Roles: allow the role Finance to manage the Recipient groups and send Serial letters for his invoices.
• Support others Rotary distinctions (Paul Harris Society member, Benefactor, Major Donor, Arch Klumph Society, Bequest Society, Legacy Society).

• Improvement of performance in FE.
• The member creation wizard may leave unmaintainable data.
• Rename officer function Club administration (RI) (named so by error) to Executive Secretary (RI).
• Routenplaner should use google.com.
• Button "Rotary organisation" is not adequate for Inner Wheel.
