R1.3.10, contains some new features and some small bug fixes.

• Limit the time for member termination and transfer to maximum 28 days in the past
• Roles: allow the role Finance to manage the Recipient groups and send Serial letters for his invoices
• Support others rotary distinctions (Paul Harris Society member, Benefactor, Major Donor, Arch Klumph Society, Bequest Society, Legacy Society)

• improvement of performance in FE
• The member creation wizard may leave unmaintainable data
• Rename officer function Club administration (RI) to Executive Secretary (RI)
• Routenplaner should use google.com
• Button "Rotary organisation" is not adequate for Inner Wheel
