Version R1.3.9

Short description

R1.3.9, contains some new features and some bug fixes.

New features:

• Logic to decide in which language a content is displayed has been improved. In case only one language exist it will be shown regardless of other settings.
• It is no longer possible to move a closed event to future date. This protects the presence statistics form being corrupted.
  

Fixes done:

• Questions are visible for past events
• Promotion of quick links in the right column
• Presence capture on smartphones
• Finance transactions not correctly displayed
• Presence calculation error

• ... and many small others.
