Polaris is using
SEMDA, which in turn is providing synchronization service for club and member data with Rotary International. Rotary and Rotaract is using it in many countries.
For GDPR reasons SEMDA is now separating this service for each country. Each country using SEMDA will be defined as separate vendor in Rotary International.
For the clubs and districts using SEMDA already, this change is seamless and there is no need to do anything.
For new clubs or clubs starting with Polaris, the following should be considered:
