Access to documents or galleries in Polaris was possible to everybody who had the link to it. From now on, this is true only for documents sent as attachment to newsletters or e-mails. For all other documents the visibility of the article is meaningful. If the user has no access he/she will land on the login page.
- The personal attributes academic title, gender and salutation have been created or changed. Third gender "various" has been introduced.
The salutation example is visible under the attribute. It is used in e-mails, and serial letters. The user can adjust these attributes himself in his profile. Irrelevant academic titles have been cleaned out.
The salutation has the options: - Formal with academic title,
- Formal without academic title,
- Informal
- Rotarian (default)
- When no image is provided for articles, then a proper rotary logo image is used in the slider and carousel.
- Single image in content blocks can be scaled and aligned. There are options:
Small, Medium, Large and Full and alignment options
Left, Center and Right
- All countries of the world have been added and are now available in the address definition.
- More predefined recipient groups, important for the district,
have been added.
